HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Our default processing time is:
- Wood, gloss or mate acrylics: 15 business days.
- Epoxy acrylics: 20-25 business days.
- Textil: 3-5 business days for basic references, 10 business days for other brands/models.
- Buttons 3-5 business days
Our processing time can vary depending on our current workload and order size. We can offer you an estimated delivery date before you place your order.
We offer rush order options in all our items, with delivery on the same week. Contact us with your deadline and we’ll get back to you with a quote.
We also offer 24-48h shipping to all Europe.
What is your sustainability policy?
The cats at pawprint care about the environment, that’s why our charms and pins are made in eco-friendly materials.
We use 100% recycled and recyclable Greencast acrylics, get our natural wood from local suppliers and from sustainable forests. Our inks also have an Eco-UV certification, and we follow a strict residue control protocol.
We also offer organic and fair-trade options in our textile material, don’t hesitate to ask us for more information.
WHICH PAYMENT METHOD ARE AVAILABLE?
We accept PayPal and bank transfer.
PayPal payments has an extra fee.

HOW DO I SET UP MY FILES?
You can download the template of every item in it’s info page.
Prepare your files with transparent background in .psd, .png, .ai o .pdf format, 150ppp minimum and real size.

I want to do acrylic charms, which finishes do you offer?
Gloss varnish finish – Gloss varnish cover that protects and enhances your design, slight relief, included in the base price.
Epoxy finish – Bi-component resin cover. It adds a thicker solid relief with a shiny effect over your design.
Epoxy glitter finish – Same epoxy resin but with sparkling glitter powder.
I want to make t-shirts and totebags. What techniques do you use?
We work the following types of printing:
DTG: The design is printed directly on top of the fabric, either with or without a spot white ink base.
This allows for complex full colour designs to be printed from a single unit.
Touch-wise is similar to screen printing, and has a good durability. DTG printed pieces can be washed on the washing machine and even machine dried!
Sublimation – It’s a technique used to custom or print 100% polyester white garments. The design is printed with special inks and during the sublimation process, the ink penetrates the surface of the polyester and chemically melts with the fabric. It has the advantage that it don’t feel to the touch, it doesn’t weigh, doesn’t cause perspiration and you don’t have to worry that it will go away with the washes. In addition, you can add as many colors as you want, as it is printed with an inkjet printer, thus forgetting about photoliths, plates, etc … Its only drawback is that it can only be applied on 100% polyester garments.
