How to order your custom wood charms
- Prepare your files There’s a small guide on the bottom that you can follow.
- Contact us to get a custom quotation. Once you give us your confirmation and pay we’ll start working on it
- You’ll get an e-mail with a preview from your files This can take up to 24-48h from the files reception. On this step, we’ll make any necessary adjustments for your OK.
- Once files are confirmed, we’ll start production. Production starts once your payment is cleared.

Layers
Design– The design you want printed on your charms.
Hole – Choose where you want the hole/s for the clasp. You can duplicate it and have more than one on the piece, beware they don’t touch the design. You can also let us know where on your message.
Spot white (optional) – You can choose to have spot white in our charms. The colored areas where there is no layer of white will show the wood. If your files don’t have a spot white layer, we’ll create one
Cutline (optional) – By default, we’ll create a cutline 2mm away from the design. You can ask us for a specific cutline, either as an image on the file, a description or a vectorial file. Bleed cutting can be done, in which we almost recommend leaving a 10px color border on the design.
